Dreams Unlimited reservation help!

I haven't made any reservations yet, but have kept changing my (really our) minds. What we did is just send a reply back to the person who contacted us through e-mail. I believe it states it right on the e-mail from them that if you have any questions or anything, to just e-mail the contact person. Hope I didn't confuse you.

Good luck.

Yes, stringercapecod is right, just e-mail the agent that processed the reservation (his/her e-mail address will be shown on your quote) or if you can't find the name, just e-mail reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com for assistance. They'll take care of you. :)

to our reservation a week or two ago. I e-mailed the agent and by the next day had the quote and second room. No problems what so ever.

I just added a room for my best friend and her family to our existing reservation for our wedding - it was not a problem. Tammy from DU got us a second ressie today with our DC discount for their stay.

Are you ever allowed to contact DU by telephone? I, too made a ressie and then had questions but could find no information on how to contact my agent by phone. Thanks(I did read their FAQs but may have missed the info.). Threehearts

Threehearts, you can e-mail your agent or e-mail reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com for any assistance with questions and they will respond quickly. If you have general questions you can call the office at 888-374-0494; however, Dreams does not take reservations over the phone. :)
