Dreams Unlimited Quote Problem

I've tried 6 times today to submit a request for a 7 night cruise only quote to DU. Each time I get "error while processing". Is this an indicator of DU's reliability (not good)? Is there an 800 number to call instead of using the web page to get a quote?
 
I've never had a problem with Dreams. The issue may be caused by any number of problems - none of which are caused by Dreams.
 
There must be a problem w/ their site or internet traffic. This is not their fault as it can happen to any site...doesn't mean they are unreliable. Dreams Unlimited are great to deal with and they always answer my emails in a very timely manner. They only communicate thru email...that is the Dreams agents. I don't have the 800 number at the moment but the person on that end can't really help you w/ your quote. I would just try again later....Good Luck! Don't give up on them, I have been very happy w/ their service.
 

You might try sending an email to reservations@dreamsunlimitedtravel.com with your information. I ended up doing that because we had 5 cabins (all different types) and then changed the date and then changed the number of people and then changed who needed airfare ... etc.

They have always gotten back to me quickly.
 
Or it could be your browser or browser settings. Do you have it set to reject cookies?
 
I've been trying too. I never deal with anyone but them, so I'll keep trying. I think I've emailed every addy I have for them. :)
 
I just remembered that some of them are out of town this week so maybe the ones taking over are busy since they're short staffed...that may be why they are not able to answer the emails right away.

Has anybody tried to use the site yet? I wanted my booking before April 30th was over.

Hi All

Yes, we did indeed have some technical difficulties with our cruise forms today. I beleive everything is fixed now and we are back to normal. This was the only area of the site that had a problem today and everything else was working fine.

I thought I had replied to everyone who wrote about the problem, and I apologize if for some reason you did not get an email back from me explaining the issue and that it had been resolved.

Here's another recommendation for DU too. I have used them for a Wonder cruise and are using them for my 7 night next year. They're terrific. An added plus is that many of them are on these boards a lot and you can usually find answers to problems pretty quick!
 
Dreams are great - sorry you had problems getting your quote, please do not be put off by the difficulties they are very good and very competetive with their prices.
 
I've gotten several quotes from Dreams and they are so GREAT that when we do book we are definatley going to use them!! You know how the internet can be..... doesn't make it Dreams fault! Try again!:D
 
As an update, those guys went above and beyond to try and help me. That's why I don't book anywhere else. Thanks to Dreams, once again. If anyone wants to know about them... feel free to email me. I'll tell you how they've been with me, for my last two trips. They've been so great.
