Has anyone ever booked one of these packages and if so, are they as good value as they seem?
I have been looking at the thread for this company and am waiting to here if they can arrange anything for me for next Xmas.
Has anyone ever been succesful in getting their first choice in hotel accomadation?
I put The Grand Floridian as my first choice.
AK Lodge for 2nd and All Stars for 3rd.

I have used DU in the past for three trips and had a great agent who managed to find some great savings for me. None of these were exactly packages though - I only wanted the WDW resort rooms (not sure if that's what you're looking for).

One of my trips was over the Christmas period (2000) and we didn't have any savings over the Disney rack rate, but on the other trips my agent knew when the special rates were available and applied them to my bookings as soon as she could. I was reluctant to 'let go' of the planning initially, but it was good to leave all the checking and phone calls to someone else! Our agent saved us about £500 on the rack rate for one trip.
