Ok, after seeing all the wonderful posts about Dreams Unlimited especially all the ones about Sue Ellen, someone please fill me in. I am assuming this is a travel agency? Can they book my package? Will I still have the same options for payment? I am planning a 5 night at the WL for the first week of December, with the 7 night MWY Hopper+No Expiration, and the meal plan. Should I call them? I dont need airfare or anything, we live in Atlanta, GA, its a fairly quick drive from here. If I can book my trip and help someone get a comission, Im all for it.

Use them! They are wonderful. We've used them in the past (Carole Fila was our agent) and were very pleased. I just really like the thrill of the hunt and like planning by myself but I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Definately use them! I am planning my second trip with Marla, who in my opinion is a saint! She took care of me this past October. My reservation changed sooo many times that I was embarassed to e-mail her. She added people, took people off, added them again, changed resorts multiple times. Having her to help me keep track of everything was wonderful.

I'm with Maxiesmom. I'm using DU for the first time and I can't tell you how many times I've changed my mind (on dates, priority seatings, even resorts!). Sue Ellen at DU has been great - very responsive and she got me the AP rate at AKL when my trip is just a couple weeks away. It's hard for me to give up control (I'm so neurotic about planning) but its so great not to have to hang on the phone with Disney and DU organizes your itinerary for you online.

Yes they are a travel agency that specializes in Disney. Their website is Dreams and they will be able to book the package for you.

We used Dreams Unlimited Travel when we were planning our first trip in November 2001 and were assigned Tammy Cermack. She was so fabulous and patient with us. It was a no brainer to use them and request her this go around!!

How were their prices. Was it expensive to use their services?

I would say DU is more of a travel service than a travel agency. There is no charge for their services.
