Dreams Unlimited doesn't respond to emails?

Hi,

I submitted a request for a quote from DU, and I did receive an email back directing me to their site where a personalized quote was waiting.

However, I've sent four subsequent emails to them about some questions (Can I request a specific stateroom, and will I still get my $100 stateroom credit if I transfer my reservation from DCL to DU) and I 've received no response.

Maybe there is a problem with their computers? Anyone know? I'm not implying that they are ignoring their customers, they have far to big of a customer following for this to be the case, I'm just wondering if I'm sending emails to the wrong place or something.
 
I have been corresponding with them via e-mail for the last few days and always hear back within a day. Actually, I first requested a quote on a Saturday and heard back Sunday morning! I have been very pleased with their service.

What address have you been sending your questions to?
