To those who have worked with Dreams Unlimited:

I emailed my agent yesterday with a cabin change request. How long does it normally take for them to respond to such a change?
 
When I email my TA fron DU she usually returns with a response within 1 day of when I sent it. I'd give them 'til the end of the day and then send another if you don't get an answer. Who is your TA? Did you rmember to put your ressie # on your email?
 
My experience has been usually within 24 hours. They are very good with accomadating and researching specific requests and responding quickly!!

Well, I have never had that happen to me...They always get back to me withing 24 hours. In fact, the only time it took a little longer was when my TA was on vacation, and even then, I was sent an email from another TA advising me of this and assisting me with my question.
 
Usually, I have received a response within 24 hours the only time that did not apply would be on the weekends. Then the response would be closer to 36 hours. I have never (knock on wood) known them to not respond at all.
 
Even on the weekend, I have been given a prompt and courteous response to all my questions. Usually I hear back within the day I posted the question. My agent was Tammie and she is excellent.
 
I used them for our January cruise and had responses within minutes most of the time. At the most, it would only be a few hours. If you don't get an answer soon, email them again, maybe your agent is out of the office and their cover hasn't had a chance to get back to you... if still no answer, email John and he will take care of any problem for you.

I too have never known them to not answer.... I've emailed as late as 11pm, not expecting anyone to be in the office and received answers within minutes.
 
I have used Dreams twice and always received a response within 24 hours.
 
Recently, it took a couple of days to get a response for one of my requests, but I found out that my TA was sick and another agent took over for her during that time. All was well, my request was taken care of and everything is fine.

I have always heard back within 24 hours but most times within 1 hour. Recently I hadn't heard back within a few days so I sent another email. Within a few hours of sending that email I received a telephone call from them apologizing. Apparently the TA I had been dealing with has been sick and there was some sort of mix up. I had assumed that something must have happened because they are always so responsive.
