Dreams Unlimited bookings?

Has anyone booked through Dreams Unlimited for Universal? Would like to hear from you.

Have you experienced a discount prior to your trip without being charged a penalty or revision fee?

Any tips or advice no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated.

Didn't book Universal, but I booked a stay at WDW with them and they were great. They checked for discounts, arranged PS for meals,etc. I wasn't aware they were booking Universal stays.

I had booked WL with DU and added that I was interested in HRH they said you could book this for me as well. They even offered Universal's latest promotion of park tickets.

Need advise on getting the best rates, particularly when discounts are offered later in the year. I don't want to be charged for making changes but still want to ensure I have a room when I go in January.
