Dreammaker plan question

I have the dreammaker silver plan for dec. Does anyone have a list of restuarants that excepts the magical points?

I believe all wdw restaurants excluding ones at the swan and dolphin accept the points.
Go to disneyworld.com and their is a downloadable brochure telling you exactly which restaurants are includes and which ones require 2 wishes.
