Dreamers Lounge reservation

Staying at Tokyo Disneyland Hotel; we thought we might come back to the hotel immediately after the electric parade and have dinner in the Dreamers Lounge. Would this require an advance reservation, or can we just walk up?

I haven't gone since before the pandemic but I've always just walked up. I have had to get a buzzer and wait a short while before though. My impression is that reservations for nighttime are usually not needed but reservations would be needed mainly for afternoon tea.

Is the lounge open to everyone or only Disneyland hotel guests.
