So whats your dream room?

For my realistic version:
I would love a pink room. Walls striped in different shades of pink and white. I would love a vanity and a big comfy chair. White fluffy carpet.

Sounds uber girly but i just honestly think bright pink is a nice color...

For my real dream version:
cream walls with a green line going through the middle of the wall. A round bed with green sheets and big fluffy pillows. Hardwood floor with an occasional cream colored fluffy rug here and there. Pillow chairs (pretty much just really thick pillows) And low tables for lounging and stuff. The ultimate sound system with an ipod with everysong created on it. I would love a walk in closet with a mirror on the back walls and curtains on the sides covering the clothes. A vanity in black. And black picture frames on the walls.


for this my house would need a complete reconstuction though...I can imagine though

I want a BIG mural of an overhead shot of a city on one wall. Then I would probably paint the other walls navy blue to match.

I really don't care about furniture, I would just prefer a bed, a desk, and a dresser.

Back on topic, I like my room looking clean, so I'd have all white bedding. It just makes it look neater to me. I'd also want a fluffy carpet. Oh, and some kind of cool looking chair to sit in.

 

[My Wild Love]

I have given this quite some thought.
I have two dream rooms because I couldn't decide.

Serenity Room:
I would have light sea foam-ish green walls. The wood accents would be an off white color. In the middle of the room is my bed. It's a huge bed with brown sheets and a big fluffy down comforter. Then there would be a dark wood dresser with a matching side table. This dream room is very simple and peaceful which would be good for sleeping.

Purple Room:
This room would have dark electric purple walls. I would have a black fuzzy carpet and a huge bed. My bed would be in the corner and would have a black comforter with lime green accents. This would more of a hang out room and more fun.

a queen size bed with a nightmare before christmas comforter

shag carpet the same color as my walls, or black, but you can see dirt easier
a giant bookshelf with all my books
a computer desk with lots of drawers

walk in closet 7 x 7 feet

a killer stereo system too

This is what I'm planning for my room redo for my birthday in January:

3 light brown walls and one pink wall. The edging around the windows and doors pink. My bed (pink and brown comforter), dresser, and bookshelves will be wood, the way they are now. Picture frames with pictures of me and friends, a cream ceiling, and a new comfy chair and room for my guitars.

My room is tiny, there's just enough room for a queen sized bed and some floor space around it.


The room I'd love to have is huge.
Dark brown hardwood floor, dark red walls.
On one wall, a huuugeee TV over the fireplace, TV has surround sound of course, will a PS3. In front of that, a huge, comfortable sofa.
King size bed on the wall opposite the TV and fireplace, with purple and gold pillows and a purple duvet.
Big shelves for records on one wall.
Comfortable windowseat with bookshelves on the sides of it.
BIG windows.
Unique lights everywhere.
Table somewhere in the room with a gorgeous computer.
Really good sounding stereo.
And pictures everywhere.

It sounds like a mess from that though.

Realistic:
Top half painted red, bottom half white. With little japanese cherry blossoms coming from the center where they meet. Obviously the top, they would be white, bottom red.
Red and white comforter.
Dark hardwood floor.
Walk in closet with bamboo doors.
Mounted flatscreen TV.
Bamboo blinds on my 3 huge windows right in front of my bed.
A small darkwood table, then just a whole bunch of paintings and stuff that match.
Simple things.

Dream:
Saying if I lived in New Zealand...lol.
Whole ceiling lined with windows.
Still three huge windows in front of my bed which let me look out over the water because I will be living on a very tall hill just by the ocean. ;]
Same as above, just different scenery outside. Lol.
