Do they have a phone number? I would like to talk to a real person. I tried to e-mail but I don't want a ressie until I talk to them. Or maybe an agent could pm me and then I could ask him/her. I promise not to give away your identity.

You can put in a request for a reservation and they will only put a curtousey hold on the room while they email you the information. Once you get that information, a specific agent will be assigned to you. From there you can email that person privately. It might also include a phone number, but I cannot remember that for sure. I have filled out a request and then gone back and forth with the assigned agent to discuss different options and it worked out just fine.
