They are not bringing the rescue boat in. Its been happening for about 15 minutes. Coastguard is meeting rescue boat. Someone said the person may be deceased. So sad

So - this is not really a Man Over Board thing? Instead it's a migrant rescue operation. Right?

There’s been so many migrant crossings right now. We rescued a migrant at sea on our dream 1/2-7th sailing and the Cuban coast guard picked them up. We live in south Florida and there’s stories every day on the news of migrants picked up at sea or landing on our shores. I can only assume that there’s more right now as it’s not so hot this time of year to be adrift at sea. It’s a sad situation.

We were on this dream sailing. Had 2 refugee boats one on the way to Cozumel and one returning to Miami

The first did not want to come aboard so coast guard came to deal with the situation

The second group boarded our ship and then we’re transferred to coast guard

Been happening more frequently on ships passing Cuba
