We currently have the WL (woods view at $219 per nite) for the 7 days but with the pkg only paying for 5 nites. I am trying to decide if the new discount codes ( BAT) would be cheaper and paying for the 7 nites and gettinga 5 or 6 day hopper as we will going to UNIVERSAL for 1-2 days and not sure if we really need the ULTIMATE PARK HOPPER ( even though my son could go to DISNEY QUEST every nite). Need imput as I have to make the final payment in 10 days and the total cost is starting to freak me out.

Have you figured out the cost difference? Go on mousesavers.com and see what the cost of hoppers are and the BAT room rate versus your package quote.

I also have the 7 for 5 at the Contemporary. Everytime I called, BAT wasn't available. And they keep telling me what a great deal I have already. I was wondering if there were rooms available, but don't want me to change 7 for 5.

I did figure out that if I could get the Cont. at AP rate (none available, either) at $149.00 per night, it would save me $300.00.

I tried the same thing and the reservationist told me my deal was the best. I figured we could save about $250- $350 but wondered if it was worth the hassle. We live in NJ also so I guess you are going the week of the teacher convention? Have you ever been in DISNEY that time b4? I was wondering what the crowds were like? Also, we are going to MICKEY'S NOT SO SCARY on 10-31 and wonder how crowded it will be that night

We too have the 7 for 5 deal, and for us, that is the best. We were planning to go for only 5 days, and now we get the 2 other days free. We only go to Universal for about half a day, so we really need the UPH's. I can't wait!

RESEARCH,
The week that is known as "Jersey Week" really isn't that bad for crowds. The longest lines are about 20 minutes with most being only 10. The weather is beautiful. You will love it! As for the 10/31, I have a feeling it will be crowded. Didn't tickets sell out for that night?

We went last Halloween to MNSSHP and it was PACKED, no fun at all They must give out free strollers???

It was an obstacle course dodging strollers...and the parked strollers outside the rides took up most of the walkways.
Lines for most of the rides were amazingly long too.

During the day the crowds were very manageable no more than 10 minutes for any ride but Dumbo. Most rides were a walk-on.

Never again MNSSHP for us...Certainly not worth the $35 ticket price.
