To those participating in the Fish Extender exchange, at your convenience PM me your stateroom number and email address and I will begin to compile a list. Please rest assured I will not post the list on this thread or on the Facebook group page, it will be emailed to only those participating.

I am just as excited as everyone else for this cruise!

As far as the FE exchange, I am curious if everyone is OK with exchanging gifts at any time during the cruise vs. having a scheduled or specified date. (I don't want to step on anybody's toes, if this has already been decided).

Nope, don't think we have addressed this. While it would be great if everyone would pick different days so that people would get something each day, I am all about making this easy. Everyone let me know your thoughts, and we will revisit this maybe in April or May.

I have always done the exchange where we hand them out at our own convenience and it worked out just fine. We never went one day without receiving any gifts. I'm for keeping things easy and not worry about picking different days.

Yes Sherrie, I totally agree. Whenever we can do it is PERFECT. If we are scheduled, it takes some of the fun away. Also, one never knows, something may come up...

You got it! Glad to have you! Just post the gender and age of your travelling party .. for example DD(8) would be an 8 year old daughter ..... and I will add you to the list on page 2.

OK apparently me S the newbie has to make 10 posts in order yo send a pm! So you'll all see alloy of me tonight! One more question..... as the organizer do you down size the groups if it gets to big? And what's the average amount of cabins?

I will give you the example of my family. The point is to know people's age (at the time of sailing) and gender for planning Fish Extender gifts, but not give out too much info on a public forum.

My family is myself, my husband (DH), my 9 year old son (DS9 ), my 18 year old daughter (DD18), and her 17 year old friend (Dfriend17-female). As I understand it, the "D" can stand for "Dear", "Darling", "Disney", etc., etc....

After the deadline of March 1 we will see how many rooms have signed up and I will ask for people's thoughts on whether to split up or not. We sure don't want it getting too expensive/taking up luggage space/time consuming to deliver.

I had never heard of that before now! Maybe someone else has experience and can speak to its usability on Castaway.
