Dream headed to Europe

I welcome this change with or without COVID continuing. I have seen too many people licking a bit of sauce or food off their fingers between stations. It always blows me away that people can be so oblivious to that kind of thing, and it was hard not to think about when eating. I would love to not be required to touch other people's saliva to scoop up food. I will miss easily configuring my own plate (a touch of this, extra of that, mixing these two things). But the trade off is worth it.

Right? The finger licking, people putting food on their plates and then putting it back, kids picking their noses and then touching everything, people moving the serving utensils from one dish to another... ick. Sign me up for the contactless buffet, please.
