I thought I read that all dream PF are good until the end of 2008, even the 2007 ones. Is this true? Did DL put out a message or is it just word of mouth?

I can't confirm as I have not done so but I have read on this board and others that you can use them until the dreams promotion is over.

Are the dream fastpasses only good until you use all the tabs, or can you just "flash" the pass and go thru the fastpass line? A person did this on our last trip, cutting in front of everyone waiting to show their passes, and just "flashing" the dream pass. The cm let her thru. I thought that you had to tear the tabs and hand them over.

if you flash it thye should be marked out. and ive ehard you can use them in till there used up i dont think they ever excpire and i havent heard only till the promotions over. so go and try to use them if you want you shouldnt get turned away

No, they can't just flash a dream pass and get through. Maybe it was some other kind of special "front of the line" pass? The Dream FastPasses the CMs take them and snap the tabs off as you use each one.

There's been people on these boards reporting that they used their expired Dream FPs with no problem. Somebody over on Miceage reported that "unofficial policy" was changed to direct CMs to allow those passes to be used any day until the end of the YOMD promotion. I guess the reasoning goes, sometimes they are given away on slow days when the FP lines are not even open for some of those attractions, so they are not really useful. Or they are given to people on their last morning, who are just headed out of the park to catch a flight. So they are allowing those people to use them on a subsequent trip. (and thereby giving them a reason to come back, too! ;) ). Of course, as with all policies, it's "subject to change without notice"... but so far, since that policy change came down early in the summer, I haven't heard of anybody having any problems using their dream FP's that are marked with an earlier date.

I've used my 2007 dream FP's and expired 2008 dream FP's with no problems. Best part is we (my family) have used our Indy dream FP tabs (four each) and the ride broke down each time.

I've heard different things each time..i think it depends on the CM also..but I would like to know if you can or not cause I have two sets of Dream Fastpasses with a couple rides on each..guess i'll just have to try and see!!

I still have mine too that's unused and I am planning on using them during our October trip...

What you may have saw, the initial "flashing" of a Dream FP, was to the first CM watching the line. When we were there, and had Dream FP, we would show the FP to the first CM, walk up the FP line, and about half way up there would be another CM who would either take the regular FP or the dream FP tab. We would then continue through the line until boarding the ride.

They also told us, that the CM had to be the one to remove the tab. A guest could not just hand the CM a tab, it still had to be attached when in line. I guess they didn't want someone taking advantage of a lost tab accidentally broken off and lost on the ground?

HTH! :goodvibes

Yes, that was our experience.

Yes, you are right! It was the initial cm that the person "flashed". I never saw her actually get the tabs broken because she basically "cut" everyone else in line and ran up the ramp. I saw her pass, it was definately one of the dream fastpasses, but I just didn't realize how it worked. Thanks for the clarification!
