Dream Fast Passes are among the many prizes being given out by the Dream Squad during the Year of a Million Dreams. They are special cards with fast pass tickets on them for all the attraction at the specific park you recieve it at.

Here's what the ones from MGM look like. We were presented with them, along with the rest of our shuttle, on the Star Tours ride about 30 minutes after park opening.
