I thought it was this week so I went on to see what would be done, now I'm curious it says they are adding what they call funnel puddle I think that's what it is called. Is this a swim diaper pool or more like a 3-7 year old pool

That's what I read but it says it is coming but doesn't explain like the other additions.

There's a "funnel puddle" on the Fantasy, above the adult pool but open to all. It's a small (maybe foot deep) wading pool with a fountain. Due to the swim diaper restriction being a U.S. Health Department rule for all cruise ships, I tend to think it follows suit with the other pools and children must be potty-trained.

Enjoy your cruise!

I'm thinking it's like this one on the Fantasy:

It's called a wading pool on the DCL website and it's family use. Kinda weird since it right above the adult-only Quiet Cove. Doesn't lend to much "quiet" sometimes.

I think that changed recently. On our Nov 2014 cruise, that wading pool was part of the adults only Quiet Cove.
It was a family use area on our September 2014 cruises. In fact it was quite popular for pirate night fireworks (if you don't mind missing the show) and there were a lot of kids in that area.

It hasn't happened yet Oct 4th. Thank you all for a quick response. I was kinda hoping that it would be next to Nemo reef and it being small enough if a kid went the bathroom since it's a small pool little ones would be allowed

That's weird - we never saw any children in it.

Oh I'm so excited to have found this thread. I had no idea...taking our first cruise ever on the Dream in January! :D
