Dream Concierge - Misc. Questions.

Hi.

I am sailing on the Dream in Concierge next month. Yey. It is just a girls trip with my mother.
I have some misc. questions please:

*Has anyone used the complimentary iPad? If so, did you watch movies on it or use the internet?
*I see you get 100 complimentary internet Minutes. I won't use. My ds-17 will be home with my dh and my dd will be back at school. If my mom "takes" the minutes, she can just use on the iPad if she wants to go on her FB or e-mail my sister, etc?
*Can we get popcorn anytime for our cabin and when we go to the movies (I want to see Inside Out).

Also, we are getting a length of cruise Spa Pass. Is this the same as the Rainforest Pass? I want use of the amenities of the spa so not sure what I should be asking for when I sit with concierge when I board.

I pad we used for Internet, seen kids play games on them.

Yes you can use the Pad for Internet but care FB may have extra security if you access FB on a new device.

Popcorn comes when you order DVDs to watch it on movie night normally once in the cruise.

It's 100 MB not minutes. I didn't FB, but checking email without downloading attachments took about 30 each time. Make sure you sign up before midnight the first day to get an additional free 50 MB.

We got popcorn to go to Inside Out and they gave DD another bag when she was talking about it.

You get the free 100 in a V. You just have to purchase it and then you get a $19 credit on your account.

Yes, the popcorn is bagged and nothing special. My 3 year old daughter and 72 year old father really enjoyed it though.

Considering it's bagged popcorn, we thought it was pretty good. Guess we're not popcorn afficionados.

I don't think it's bad, but it's not theater popcorn. For me, WARM popcorn is the key. Obviously bagged will never be that. Like I said, it's fine just not super exciting.

Does the concession stand have regular theater popcorn? I'll have to check that out next time.

I suddenly remembered the original Buffy the Vampire Slayer movie where they reject a certain movie theater because of "bogus corn."
