This winter is really pounding on the Chicago area. I'm not complaining because I know my garden will thrive as a result of the moisture. I can't wait to play in my garden this spring, now that I'm learning more about horticulture.

Food Intake: Breakfast: oatmeal, soy milk, brown sugar Lunch: Dinner:
Water Intake: 2 glasses
Exercise: arms & sit-ups
Mood: Relieved ~ I had my first test in math and it went well
Today, I'm grateful for: Co-workers. Today, I needed to depend on my boss to change the wiper blades on my car.
 
Spring is in the air ~ finally! This winter has been particularly challenging and I can't wait to shake off the cold and get moving :banana: I plan on walking 40-50 minutes today after school.

Water Intake: 1 glass

Mood:Hopeful and optimistic
Today I'm grateful for: the opportunities that have come my way.

I pray every day for my DDs recovery to overcome her ED illness. She is such a beautiful young lady and deserves to live life to the fullest. I wish she could see herself as we do.
