Hello everyone! This will be our first cruise and we are so excited! Me, DD9 and DS4 will be embarking on this cruise during DD springbreak. Any info on suggested port adventures will greatly appreciated as we are overwhelmed on what to partake in. Hope to meet some great people and have an AWESOME time. I'm also interested in FE.

Anyone know how to start the fish extender? Anyone want to participate? I think all we have to do is exchange room numbers closer to the date and find out how many want to participate so we know how many items to bring. From other posts, it seems they cut off participation a couple of weeks before cruising so that numbers ate known. I'm all in!!

Anyone opposed to us starting it here? Would that get too confusing? I'd love to start being able to pick up little things here and there! Do you exchange with one room in particular--or everyone that wants to participate? We're in!

I'd like to participate in the FE too! Our daughter is pretty crafty so I think we're going to have her create ours.

We booked a guaranteed rate navigator's verandah so I hope we get the room number in time!

It looks like there's a few of us who want to do FE. The way I understand it is that we put together a list of everyone who wants to participate and then we bring a little something to put in their fish extender. I have a GTY room as well so I won't have a room number until later as well.

Just booked the cruise today. Started to panic as there are only a handful of staterooms left. It'll be a packed (but fun-filled) trip! Looking forward to seeing you all there.

Just called in to ask a few questions about our cruise--and while I was on the phone--asked about the movies!

We are planning an Atlantis excursion on the Nassau day. I opted out of the DCL event, and booked a room at the Comfort Suites which includes full access to the Atlantis Aquaventure and the beach , saved A LOT of $$$. There are only three of us and I booked the room for 4, just in case. I will sell the 4th Atlantis pass if anyone is interested, will save you a ton. Just have to go with me or meet me at the CS that morning.

Also if anyone else is venturing to Atlantis on their own that day we are interested in sharing a cab, afraid to go out with two kids on my own.

We are booked on this cruise as well! I cruised DCL with friends when I was in college, but haven't been back since then. We have cruised Carnival since, and I'm hoping this is more fun! My boyfriend and my son, almost 4, are cruising with me. We have a connecting door to BF's sister and her family. They are traveling with their daughter, 8, and their son, 6. BF's brother and his family are booked in a concierge suite. They are traveling with their son, 2, and BF's mother. She is booked in our stateroom, but I'm really hoping we can move her to the suite once we are on board! Hope to meet you on board and maybe hang out by the pool while kids play!

I need to research this more to see if this works for our family. Did you consider taking the water taxi there? Keep me posted.

My DH, DD (8 1/2) and I are REALLY excited about our first Disney cruise! DH and I have cruised Celebrity and Carnival. We have high expectations of Disney and know we won't be disappointed.

Would love any Disney-specific hints. For starters, what is "Fish Extender" or "FE"? Sounds fun, but would like to know more.

We're also planning to go to Atlantis Aquaventure while in Nassau and am intrigued by the poster who booked a room at Nassau hotel for access to the waterpark. Details?

Finally, DD is an only child and very social. Would love to know of some boys & girls the same age that are looking for new friends!
