Hi there,

we just decided to go to DLRP next Thursday :yay: !

We intend to buy the Dream Annual Pass for the three of us. But we have some questions... hope, someone here may help us...

1.) Can we obtain it at the gates or do we have do buy a day-ticket and exchange it at the AP office in the Park (and how long is the office open)?

2.) Do we have to collect them personally, or is it enough if my husband buys them (having my and my daughters ID with him)?

3.) How long does the "Dream AP for kids for free" offer is valid?

Many thanks in advance for your help!

You can either buy the passes at the gate in whivh case you will be given a temp AP which you then have to take to the AP office (open most of the day) to be exchanged for a real AP or buy a day ticket, use this to enter the park then go to Ap office to buy APs. The cost of your day ticket will be refunded.

You all need to go as you have to have your photo taken for the pass.

The free child AP looks as though its finishing early April but obviously if you get one before this it will last the year. If you are going to get a free AP you are better getting it at the gates rather than getting the day tickets as I dont think they would refund the childs day ticket

Hi,

many thanks! That's a good advice to buy the passes at the gate because of the Kid Annual Pass!

Hi - really easy to do at the gates we did it a couple of weeks ago. Head to the far right of the Disneyland hotel and almost opposite the entrance to the hotel itself and before the gates you will see a window on the left with pictures of the passes on the wall. Be patient if there is no one at the window as the CM passes window is near there too and they seem to serve both.

You pay for your AP and say you want the kids free too. You get a temp paper pass and also a till receipt (hang onto this)

Then head into the AP office (end of Main Street and to the right) to exchange for your plastic passes. You all need to be there to have your pictures taken.

Personally I'd go as soon as I got into the park and get it sorted then. If they're busy they often offer you a ticket and a time to return at.

Many thanks so far  !

Does anyone of you know the opening hours of the AP Bureau? I wrote several times to DLRP communications but didn't get an answer...

We intend to buy the passes Thursday afternoon (it's a long way from Switzerland with two little kiddies...) so that we can use the EMH on Friday.

I think its usually open til about 6 or 7 pm. However I think if you buy your APs at the gate and then the AP bureau is closed you have to return the next day to get them made up properly- but obviously its better if you can do it on the day itself

Hi going to DLP on 19th March last day of children under 12 stay and play offer. We are not staying in resort and want to get APs have two children not under seven but under 12 so does the under 12 offer cover APs up to this date, thanks for all the useful information on the site. Also can anyone tell me the price of return tickets from dlp to Val d'europe?:flower3:

Hi and welcome to Dis boards.

Unfortunatly Im sure the offer for free APs is only for under 7s even during the under 12s free period.

Dont know exact cost of RER to V d'Europe but its only few €
