Group One will be closed at midnight tonight. Hopefully, this gives us all time to make ,purchase, etc. our gifts for each family. Please put your family name and cabin # on your gifts. Otherwise, we will think they are pixie dust from little fairies. LOL!!!! Remember that each family is committed to give either a family gift or individual gifts to each person in the seven cabins in our group. If there are any questions or concerns, please ask.

Would we like to hhave a meet and greet right after the boat drill or some other time? Please respond to this ASAP so that I will know that everyone has seen this post.

Are there any other suggestions or request?

I was just informed I received a cabin upgrade. The following cabins for us are now:

Gomez Family: 9050
Sabot Family: 9048

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and FE discussions right here on the DIS where FE began years ago.

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin. Other information you would like to share such as first names, ages of child participants, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM.

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, since no one seems to be coming forward to organize a FE for this cruise here on the DIS, please feel free to start the FE right in this thread.

There is certainly plenty of time to plan a FE for this cruise. All it takes is for someone to maintain a list of/for those participating which can easily be done in this thread. Cruise Meet threads have been doing it this way for years now here on the DIS.

Please note the following changes for cabin numbers:

Gomez Family has moved to cabin # 9050.
Sabot Family has moved to cabin # 9048.

I have not had anyone respond to my post about a group meet and to let me know that all seven families are still participating. Please just post a yes if your family is still participating and so that I will know every family has the list of families in our group.

I do not know any other way to do this unless someone can tell me a better way. I was under the impression that we should post everything here.

I hope to hear from each family soon.

The Nuttall Family is good to go! We are okay with doing a meet up if everyone else wants to just let us know when and where. Thank you for putting this together, we appreciate it! I also noticed that Warren's age was missing, which isn't a big deal but he is 1.

Hi group 1! For the Herchel Family, my daughters name is misspelled, it's Millie. also it's very last minute but my sister Teresa (41) joined us this week! I'm not sure if it's too late to add her to our family for our FE but thought I'd throw it out there! and ZOMG only 2 weeks to go!!! So excited!

Is there enough interest and or time for a 2nd group for this cruise? We have already purchased a bunch of stuff for the FE, but looks like we may have missed out on group #!

I know of one other family on here that is in the same situation as us, but I don't think it would be much fun with just 2 families that already know each other

We are in group one, the Baggarley family. I don't want any family left out. I will add you to group one and hope that everyone is ok with this.
