We are leaving in the morning to embark on the MV Fantasy. When we return I guess it will be time to start planning for this dreamy Christmas trip. Still not sure about a B2B for NYE. Booking onboard this week, if so. See you soon

The clues he's given me (we leave the day after the wedding, need a passport, $3k for the trip) seem to match this sailing perfectly!

Just added you, Cathy, see page two of this thread!

As for the number of gifts, we will wait until we get closer to the sail date.

At that point, you know the number of state rooms (I will send everyone a spreadsheet with the information) and it will be up to you to determine if you purchase gifts for each stateroom OR each person. We sailed on the Magic two weeks ago and we put together a goody bag for each stateroom, we had a total of 22 staterooms. Some folks gave a gift(s) to each person. (One woman knitted each of us a special "Mickey themed" gift.) It is up to you. We are just sharing the MAGIC with each other! It is so fun to come back to your room and see your FE filled with treasures from new friends!

We'd love to be added to the FE, we haven't done it before (though my Fiance' has no idea what it is, lol). Sad that we have had to go from 3 to 2 people but it is what it is. But we will have fun with my family. My mom and Niece (and her family). So here's our info:

Some of my fave FE gifts from my one cruise were:
-a small flashlight
- Disney pins!
- fridge magnet from the person's home state (I love collecting these).
- magnet decorations for our door
- music cds (one was of pirate music, one was of cruise related music)

Please no candy!! Unless its a very different kind of candy, I'd rather save my sugar calories for the ship's yummy treats

Something I am keeping my eyes peeled for is a cheap magnetic message board for the cruiseroom door, so friends can leave messages.

Hi everyone, we are currently booked on the Fantasy for NYE 2012 and was surfing DCL web page to see which other itineraries would cross our path seeking for that horn battle and then I came up to yours and was able to see your itinerary.

Here's my question:

Your itinerary Currently shows for Day 4 and day 5 Castaway Cay.

That's two days in a row and I was wandering if the ship spends the night there, at Castaway Cay, and if you are going to enjoy more time on the island etc.

Unfortunatly our's won't cross path but still wishing you all a very nice cruise.
