Dragon NaturallySpeaking?

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone has experience with Dragon naturally speaking? My DFi just surprised me with it because I sometimes have trouble typing. Do you have any helpful tips for using this program?

I bought it for my nephew to take to college with him. He loves it but found he had to wear headphones when he listens to music while using it. Otherwise, the microphone picks up some of the lyrics and randomly enters them into whatever he is working on.
