Forgive me if this has already been posted. A quick search did not lead to anything.

It looks like they will no longer be launching both side simultaneously. While it is a fairly easy way to take action in the wake of the accidents listed in the article, I wonder if this will really prevent it from happening again?
It is still possible to get hit from a persons loose item that is sitting in front of you on the same coaster, right?
AND, on my first ride on this in June 2011 I was surprised and excited to feel like I was going to body slam into the other train. It was a really cool effect.
So, what do you think??
