He's definitely in my top 5 actors (him, Jimmy Stewart, David Niven, Humphrey Bogart & Hugh Grant). I love old movies -- especially when Cary Grant is in them! Do you have a favorite movie of his? I have so many...

The last day of finals are May 15th. So I really only have two weeks left of classes then that week of finals AND I'M DONE! Tell DH good luck with summer classes. I did that one year and it was so hard to be motivated.

I promised myself I would NOT buy anymore pins until our trip. HA...that obviously did NOT work very well. I just bought two new pins off eBay...and I LOVE them!!!

I went at the parasol lady when I dressed up for MNSSHP party last year. I just HAD to have this pin!

Aaron and I have been watching out for this one for awhile. It usually sells for about $40-50. I found it for $34 and snatched it up. I really like the Pieces of History Pins.

AND...

I participated in the spring pin exchange here on DIS. I did two exchanges and got four different pins.

Wait, are you done for the semester or done with your degree? Congrats are in order, either way! Thanks, DH definitely needs it. He's suffering from some major senioritis. I'm sure he'll be fine. It's just rough having classes EVERYDAY during the summer. At least it's only for 7 weeks!

AHHH I so have to get the Parasol lady!! i saw it on Disney Pins. There is a pin just like that with the Bride that comes out on my anniversary! Thank God we will be there, I have to get that pin!!

Cool pins! I am slightly addicted myself...I had a little spurt where I got addicted to ebay and the hidden Mickey pins but luckily I haven't bought any in a while (though I do admit to looking at them. A lot. ).

Oh, more good news...

I got a Facebook message this morning from this guy who owns a local cookie shop. Apparently, I left my wallet there and he's been trying to track me down for the last two weeks. I have no idea why I was so convinced I lost it at Wal-Mart. I must apologize to Wal-Mart for all the rude, snarky comments I made about it "stealing" my wallet.

The funny thing is...this place is just a few blocks away from my office. So, I've been stressing over a lost wallet and it's just been down the street! THANK GOODNESS!!! I now don't have to worry about losing my one-day ticket. YAY!!!

I've learned some very valuable lessons in all this:

1. Don't carry your SS card in your wallet...DUH!
2. Don't carry your WDW tickets in your wallet.
3. Make sure to put a card with your current phone number and/or email address in your wallet. If it's lost, they can contact you this way.
4. ALWAYS take a picture or photocopy the back of your WDW tickets. If you lose them, they can replace them using the numbers on the back of the ticket.
5. Don't underestimate the power of prayer!!! He truly works in mysterious ways.

Amen to the last one. I am so glad you found your wallet, err should I say your wallet found you? I would love the VWL, of course I think i would love any of the deluxe or DvC resorts.

The monorail is one of my favorite things to collect! There are just SO many of them, it makes it kind of hard.

No problem! You should definitely look into renting points some time. You can save A LOT of money staying deluxe.

Haha, I understand the eBay addiction. I always tell myself I'm not going to buy anymore for awhile. Then, I wander on eBay and find what I think is a good deal that I simply cannot pass up. It's definitely an illness!!

Is it amazing what prayer can do for you? I've had so many times when I felt so awful and then I just say a little prayer and I feel so much better. It truly is a great and wonderful thing!

Yes! The wallet certainly found me. I was really amazed that nothing had been used and everything was still in its place. I was very blessed!

You should try to rent DVC points some time. Although, maybe you should wait to see how it goes for me first...just in case. ::crosses fingers:: No, I'm sure it will be fine.

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!! The weather here was AMAZING (sunny and 80's!!!). I went to some yard sales with my mom and mother-in-law. I LOVE to yard sale!! Some times I don't find much, and other times I find a TON of stuff! Either way, I love digging through other peoples junk. We stopped at this one and they were selling three pins (see below) for only $1/each! AWESOME!! We struck up a conversation with the people who were running it and they were big Disney fans too (not pin traders, though). Of course, I had to share all about the DIS and the other Disney websites I frequent. I always LOVE to meet other Disney fanatics!

Here are the pins I found (I plan on using them as traders):

The third is Snow White surrounded by the seven dwarfs. I can't find it on Pin Pics. I'll post a picture of it when I get home.

Here's another one of my yard sale finds. I love to collect anything donkey related. Yes, donkey! I love them!!! I know a lot of people probably find this extremely odd and downright strange. But that's okay, I'm eccentric!

It's a donkey planter! I got it for $1. It looked a bit...rough. It just needed some TLC.

AFTER - I painted it and added some fake flowers!

It now resides in my office b/c DH did NOT want it in the house. I'm not sure why, I think it's really quite lovely.

Thanks! I was so excited to find it. I think I may have acted a little too excited and freaked out the person who was doing the yard sale. Oh well, I'm sure she was happy to get rid of it. It was so fun painting it, too.

Yeah, seriously! That's why I love going to yard sales...you just never know what you're going to find.

My sister and I were talking last night and we both really want to plan another Christmas time trip to WDW. So, we've decided we're going to go either the first or second week of December!!!!!!!!!! Here are the dates we're looking at:

November 29 - December 4
December 6 - 11 -- We'd be there for my birthday (December 10)

We're going to try to rent DVC points and stay at a studio. Here's our resort preference:

AKV -- 40 pt (value), 45 pt (standard)
BWV -- 45 pt (standard)
OKW -- 40 pt

YAY! I am so excited!!! Early December is my absolute FAVORITE time to visit WDW. The decor is stunning, and the crowds are practically non-existent. It's a great time to go.

You really need to! It's simply gorgeous that time of year. The best part is definitely the Osborne Spectacle of Lights -- amazing!! Even Aaron thought it was pretty cool...which of course, speaks volumes.

That's so exciting!

I am really looking forward to it! I originally tried to sucker...er, I mean convince Aaron to go in December but his class schedule conflicted. BOO! Now, I get to go twice this year.
