Dr Who?????

I was browsing through a copy of the Sun today and I noticed a picture of Christopher Ecclestone and Billie Piper in the new Dr Who. Upon reading the caption it said that tonight sees the long awaited return of the series on BBC 1.

Having got all excited as I had seen no advertising or anything on the TV for this I then scanned the TV section to see that actually it is not on tonight

I have had a look on the BBC website it simply says that the new series will be screened sometime in 2005. Other fansites rumour it to be March??

Has anyone else seen anything giving a definitive date for this??

Hi Alan

I too got excited about reading this in the sun today and scanned the tv to see when it was on. Did not find any information, and I was a bit suprised as I watched a lot of the filming being done around the corner from me in November. When I spoke to the guys who were filming they told me that the rights were now owned by BBC Wales and it would be on Mid March.
