Dr Who every time.

Had the Cybermen first - where they would assimilate people into their kind and where they first said "resistance is futile".

Had the planet Vulcan first where the inhabitants had pointy ears.

Stories far deeper than the standard "Star Trek lets blow the **** out of the opposition".

...and did anybody spot in "Enterprise" the time travelling machine that was much bigger on the inside than the outside?
