Dr. visit...finally some help

I LOVED HIM. Did tests no one else did. Took blood HIMSELF. Right now it's Undifferentiated COnnective Tissue Disease. Doesn't think it's RA, but it IS "lupus-like" and my tendons are inflamed and my blood vessels are abnormal. He is thinking it could be from PARVOVIRUS, so they are testing for that and many other things. It can cause immune system to go haywire. Gave me Prednisone and then I have to call next week to update him and get test results.

I am so glad. There's nothing worse than knowing there's something wrong, and have the doctors be unable (or unwilling) to find out. Good luck to you, and prayers and pd continue from out west that they'll be able to find out what the problem is so they can treat it. Continue to keep us posted.

anyone have experience with parvo or Prednisone? I have a low dose to cut down on side effect.s
