Dr. Seuss

I work in a kindergarten classroom as an Instructional Aide. We celebrate Dr. Seuss for 1 week. Each day will have a different theme. Last year I made myself a reversible vest and a hat.

This year I would like to make earings and barrettes. Does anyone know where I can buy some charms....plastic or metal? Bulk purchase is fine as there are 3 classroom and I could turn extras into gifts.

You can also try the oriental trading company. They have bulk and decent prices

I get mine from FireMountain Gems. I find their charms are typically reasonably priced.

Thanks for the replies. I have looked on all these sites. Oriental Trading and Fire Mountains searches have not shown any matches. On ebay I can find them already made but at $9 a pair, it would get to expensive to buy them for everyone - 6 people.

Any other suggestions????

TONS, and I mean tons, of Dr Seuss stuff at Michaels craft store this weekend!! I looked at a few packs of small foam images that I thought would make cute pins.They have a big display of teacher supply things for the class too!
