Dr. Phil update on AJ - little boy adopted from India

I did not believe that things could change in a short amount of time. Call me skeptical but I think that the mother got a bunch of crap from her community. So now she's trying to make herself look better. What do they say, you can't change the stripes on a tiger.

I agree, I'm really skeptical about the whole thing, that lady KNEW she was treating her child badly and it was almost as if she was bragging about it.


I don't think she NEEDED a wake up call, she knew exactly what she was doing. I'm not really buying it to tell you the truth.

Even though the shows aired just over a week apart ~ when they were doing the review of Jack & Jill (who were on the same original show) Dr. Phil made mention about them being on his show 8 weeks ago.

Yes, this is still a short amount of time ~ but hopefully Bobby & Melissa are truly trying to make the bad situation better for this little guy. They did look like they were actually making progress ~ but I have a gut feeling it is just a front. I sure hope not..... My heart just breaks for little AJ........

Stories like these enrage me beyond belief. I have been trying to become a parent for all of my 10 married years and would give my eye teeth for a child to love and care for. Financially adoption is not an option but it sickens me that this child could have had a loving home and ended up (and still remains) with that family.
