Dr Atkins seriously injured today in NY

I saw on CNN that Dr Atkins slipped and fell on the ice today and suffered a serious head injury. How sad.

Oh no, that is awful. Hopefully they got to him in time before any serious/permanent damage occured. Prayers to him for a full recovery

That is sad!!! I hope he recovers quickly and that he's suffered no long term damage. Poor fellow!

There is still no change in his condition. They did say it would be 2 or 3 days before they would know, though.

I hope he recovers. 72 isn't all that old, the closer I get to it the younger it seems.
