I was reviewing our schedule, and I was wondering if I should combine TL and DQ? I haven't bought my tickets yet, and I am getting the hopper plus tickets. We will be there 8 nights, but I was only going to get a 7 day pass. Not going to the parks on the day we leave, or the day we go to MNSSHP. I am thinking maybe save a little more money by combining these 2 and only getting a 6 day ticket. However, I have never been to either, so I am not sure if this is a good idea. :confused3 Any opinions?

We never do a park the day we do MNSSHP. We usually swim and relax and then head to the MK right at 4pm.

If you go to TL right at opening stay awhile. Then hit up DQ around dinner time- I don't see why you couldn't do both in 1 day.

I checked the ticketmania site, and it is only a $15 difference, total, for the other day. That $15 difference is another day at the parks, and another "plus" option. I will just pay the $15. Sorry, now I feel dumb......should have checked first. Thanks anyway!

Go to TL when it opens, then take a bus or drive over to DQ when it opens about 11:00. Do DQ for a few hours, then head back over to TL.

Last Wed we were at TL at opening and did all the rides and slides by 11:30. (would have been quicker but the shark reef took so long) We then hopped over to DQ and had a great time. We then had a late lunch at House of Blues.
We went back to the hotel but you could go back to TL. Have fun!
