Is it possible to split the time of DPS over 2 days. For example: if you get the 6 hour package can you use 2 hours for the rehearsal dinner and then 4 for the wedding?

Yes you can split --I split my photography package w/ DPS.

We had the 10 hour package and split 2 hours off for the rehearsal dinner the night before. I believe it was $175 split fee.

In hindsight, I wish I had paid for an additional 2 hours for the rehearsal dinner and kept all 10 hours on my wedding day. It wouldn't have cost very much more than what was already paid in the fee. I'm sure Carrie (Lurkyloo) or your planner can give you the price differentials if you were interested.
