DPP first timer

Hello
We are headed to see the mouse in July
Family of 4 (me, hubby 5yo and 7yo)
We've been to Disney plenty of times but deciding on trying the DDP
I like the idea of having as much paid up front as possible and want to do a few character meals for the little ones

Hubby and I do enjoy our adult beverages while on vacation as well

Here's my question
We fly in on Tuesday late afternoon
Check out on Friday
Staying at the wilderness lodge
Tues night - dinner at whispering canyon- that's 1 TS right?
Wednesday morning breakfast at Be our guest (5yo loves princess's) is that considered 1 TS also?
Thursday morning breakfast at chef mickeys for my 5yo is that considered just 1 TS also?

So even though we will probably only use one meal option the day we check the remaining QS meal will roll over for the next day ?

If I'm understanding it right we will have a total of
12 TS
12 QS
And 24 snacks?

Credits go by the number of nights you are there, so you would have 3 nights of credits per person. So yes, 12 TS credits and 12 QS credits. And 24 snacks. Whispering Canyon and Chef Mickey's are 1 TS credit per person. Be Our Guest breakfast is a quick service credit, be sure and preorder, it's much faster than waiting in line. And you can use your credits in any order, you get all of them at once when you check in. So use as you please.

I would also point out that Be Our Guest is not a character meal. It is in Beast's castle, but Beast only appears at dinner. Belle is not there- she is at Cinderella's Royal Table in Cinderella's Castle. (That breakfast- or lunch or dinner- would be 2 TS credits.) She and the other princesses are at Akershus in Epcot as a 1TS meal as well.

You also have until midnight the day you check out to use all your credits.
