DP Drinks Offer at CSR PM when you have refillable mugs?

Just wondering what options (if any) we would have on the dining plan at the Peper Market. We will have the mugs(since they offer free refills diring our stay) but are wondering if we can get other beverages such as milk, juices, or smoothies? I did read a thread saying that they got smoothies.

My girls got smoothies a lot. It counted as a drink. Yes, you can get milk and juices.
