DP at Outpost Overlook?

Has anyone done a small DP at Outpost Overlook? Our already small guest count is dwindling (we are now down to 15 guests and us), and I think we might be able to pull off a DP. Now I really want to do a DP to do something special for our guests who are making the effort to come to our wedding.

Any opinions or pics?

I've thought about maybe renting the Grand 1, too, but it seems like Illuminations is the better fireworks display.

Not had a dessert party there but I think it looks lovely! We only didn't choose it because you can't change or move the existing furniture and it did not suit our needs. Have you looked at Canada or morocco?

How is the fireworks view? Is it obstructed? What is the maximum amount of guests for that site?

To me, it seemed that the view would be obstructed from there—there's an island right out in front. But I haven't actually watched them from Africa Outpost yet, so maybe it's decent.

The max guest count is 20, and they can't bring in any chairs or remove any of the ones there already.

I really wanted a DP at this location, but it cannot be done depending on what your menu is. If your heart is set on it, I would definitely ask what menus can be used there. DH and I had a look at it during our wedding trip, and thought it was really nice, and we both agreed it would have made a better location (in our experience) than Morocco.

Oh yes, the wall in Morocco is much higher! I still think Morocco is a lovely location, and I love the ambiance in that area, but I didn't like how it was divided up (so I couldn't see all my guests at once) whereas most other locations, like the Outpost, are more open.
