We are a group of 13 staying in 4 rooms at ASSp in October, and we have the regular dining plan.

How does it work when we get ready to pay for a table service meal? Do we have to give them a room key from each of the 4 rooms? Or can we just give them one?

Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks!

you have to give them one card from each of the rooms AND tell them which people's meals go from which room. Suggestion...do this at the beginning of the meal. Will save you lots of time when it comes time to pay (takes forever for them to re-do tickets if they get the ticket wrong with all the meals on one ticket, then find out it's different rooms when they try to run the cards, trust me!)

You cannot use one card to pay for more meals than there are people in that room...for ex. if there's 2 adults & 2 children in one room, the cards for that room will say 2 A 2 C...and they can't ring up more than 2 adult & 2 child meals at once. This is to stop people from using credits to "buy" meals for people not on the plan (Disney doesn't allow that, just an FYI)
