Downtown Disney

We are going to Disney Quest our first day. We are planning on having a late dinner at Earl of Sandwich. I have looked at a map but it is hard to tell how far DQ and Earl of Sandwich are from each other. Also, I read that no strollers are allowed in DQ and We have 2 DS's 6 and 4. Is it going to be a real long walk for them to get to Earl's? Or could anyone suggest a good restaurant that is closer to DQ? Thanks ahead of time

earl of sandwich is in the old gourmet pantry area which is the marketplace area of DTD. DQ is on westside. it will be a long walk. there is a mcdonald's about half way between. good luck!

What type of food are you looking for? On the Westside, there's Bongo's, Wolfgang Puck's, Wolfgang Puck's Express, and House of Blues.

Hi aabinion,

Another choice would be to eat at Disney Quest. There is a very good snack bar (believe the top floor and is called the Cheesecake Factory) which has an extensive menu. Have eaten there twice and been very pleased both times. As the previous posters have stated, it is a rather long walk from the Marketplace, but take your time - there is a lot to see and do between the two areas. Have fun - DQ is entertaining and the young ones should like it. And so should the adults.

It can be a lengthy walk between the two and if Downtown Disney is crowded, can take a bit of extra walking time to get there. I would suggest bringing your stroller with you for the kids. When you get to DQ, there is a spot outside to park it. We have done this with no problems. Have a great trip! Rebecca

It is a long walk, but there is also a boat that runs between DTD Westside and Marketplace, so you don't have to walk. Earl of Sandwich is wonderful!!! Just take the boat...it will give you a chance to rest your feet.
