Can you buy park tickets at downtown Disney? If so, would they also be able to help some first time, last minute visitors with booking fast passes?

I have some friends that just text they were in Florida and decided to go to Disney. I thought if they could go buy their tickets tonight. It would save a lot of time in the morning. They are staying off site

Yes, at either of two Guest Relations there. I expect they can help with FPs also.
