Downtown Disney

How long does it take to get there from the port. (anyone have directions?) We are thinking of going there for a bit before we go home. Our flight is not until 2:20. How far is it from Downtown Disney to the airport. (how much time to allow to get there) Is it still one hour before your flight for checkin? I know I need to allow time to return the car to Avis. I figured on allow a half hour for that. Assuming we are off the boat by like 8:30, get to the radisson around 9:00 to pick up the car that leaves about four hours to kill. thanks Ann

Figure on about 1 hour to Downtown Disney from the port. Just follow the signs for DisneyWorld - Downtown is just off of I-4 - they are changing the exit numbers here in FL so I'm not sure anymore what the exact number is though . . .
