downtown disney wheelchair rental

finding access to wheelchairs is super easy in the parks, but i don't where i will be able to find one at downtown disney.

who has experience with this and can help?

You can rent wheelchairs at the Guest Relations office. They do not rent ECVs there. Also, a credit card imprint is required as there are no gates (and it helps to keep honest people honest).

There are two Guest Relations at Downtown Disney.

The first is in West Side, if you go in by Planet Hollywood go straight back towards the lake and it'll be on the right just pass the bridge over the Pleasure Island.

The second is in Marketplace is between Arribas Brothers and Team Mickey Athletic Club.

Just wanted to say that dh used the one by team mickey to get me a wheelchair and didnt find the cm all that helpful, I also noticed the chair seemed a little rusty etc. The cm kept lecturing my dh about how it better be back here etc. Gheesh. I think we used it for about 1 hour and the paperwork involved was something else. I already had the weekly coupon rental stuff etc. After going to the world of disney and having a cm constantly ask me if he could help me and never leaving me alone I told dh lets get out of here, hence about 1 hours worth of trouble for the chair. I walked very slowly and probably took about 10 breaks back to the bus stop. But if you do have mobility problems its just a little too much walking without it. Hope you have a better experience.
