downtown disney voucher exchange

i have an ares voucher. is there anywhere in downtown disney that i can exchange it for tickets? or do i have to go to a park ticket booth? thanks.

Does it have a barcode on it? If it's barcoded, you can take it to the turnstile on your first morning. Otherwise, yes, you would take it to a park ticket window, which are numerous, and in the esplanade. (Or, to the hotel counter if you are staying on-site.)
