Can anyone tell me if there are busses going from the 4 parks to the DD area and more imortantly, are there busses going from Downtown Dis. to the 4 parks?

No such buses exist. They did at one time, but, reportedly, Disney realized that off-site guests and day trippers were parking at DTD for free and taking Disney Transport buses to the theme parks, rather than driving to the theme parks and paying for parking. It reportedly clogged up the DTD parking lots preventing real shoppers from parking, and put an extra heavy demand on the bus system.

There is bus service from all Disney resorts to DTD. The original poster was asking for service from DTD to the theme parks. This service no longer exists.
