Downtown Disney questions

We are going to Disney in late March, and I have a couple questions about Downtown Disney.
1. Can anyone tell me about the Lego store? I heard they have a "pick your own" section where you can fill a container w/your choice of Legos. How much is this? How big are the containers?
2. What kinds of snacks can you get at Goofy's Candy Co.? Any ideas on prices there?
3. I saw somewhere that there is a "design your own tshirt" store, but I can't find any information on it. Anyone been there?
