Do they have items for cats as well as dogs? I have seen many people mention that they got great items for their dogs but just wondering if there are any cute souveniers I can bring home to my cats! For my budget it'll probably be a good thing if they don't.

Yes they have almost as much cat stuff as they have dogs things, but there isn't that much more in the Downtown shop than you will see the parks pet sections sadly.

They do. now keep in mind I have a dog so I was looking at that but I believe they had the Disney Cats food bowl. I recall toys, like those pillow or catnip filled looking sort but if it had catnip I don't know since i didn't pick it up. They should still have the Disney Cats photo frame and I don't know but they used to have a smaller magnet style of the Disney Cats photo frame which is that soft plastic/rubbery material, nice and lightweight and since I have one of those metal overheads on my desk the Dog version would work there.

Hopefully someone with a cat will remember more but take heart they DO have something. Happy shopping for your fur-kid!

Thanks so much!! We have two cats now and I want to of course spoil them with lots of things from my favorite place. I hadn't heard much about cat things so I wasn't sure about what was available. It all sounds great - I can't wait!

A few weeks ago I bought a ball that you fill with cat nip that flashes blue and pink lights when your cat plays with it. I also got him a metal canister of cat treats and a cat food dish. I found all of this at the pet store at the Market Place, but as the op said, I also saw the same stuff in a bunch of other places in WDW. Have a great trip!!

Yeah, I went to the Tails store...There are lots of things for cats and dogs

I was able to get some catnip toys with different disney cats on them for my cats, and decide dto stuick with a tag and treats for my dog...

BUt they have alot of different things...

Plus, many of the stores in the parks have things for pets also. even POP had a section of pet gifts. Kind of nice, (especially when you feel bad leaving them)

Just a funny story. My D-I-L collects Princess stuff, so told me to be sure and bring her back something with Princess on it. Do you know how hard it is to find adult Princess stuff? Anyway, I got her a Princess sunvisor, a 'I married my Prince' t-shirt, and a Princess antenna ball. However while I was in the Disney Tails Store at DTD I bought my little shih tzu a Princess bandanna, Princess leash, Princess collar, Princess hat, Princess t-shirt, and little hair clips to match (as well as Minnie Mouse hair clips). When I got home my D-I-L (laughingly) said I bought 'the little fur ball' as much I did my kids and grandkids.

I'd definitely go! I have two little furkids myself and I feel so guilty leaving my baby cats at home with the kittysitter. (They are going to be 3 next year!!!)
