Downtown Disney on Easter Sunday

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if the shops at Downtown Disney are likely to be open on Easter Day? Was contemplating half day at a water park, and hitting the shops afterwards. Is this a good idea or dreadful?

Not only will the shops be open, they'll be packed! As will the waterparks.
