Downtown Disney hours???

My family will be visiting the week following Thanksgiving and I see that both parks are closing at 8 pm. Does anyone know if DTD stores and restaurants stay open later than that?
My family are late owls so I was hoping we could at least eat after the parks close and hopefully do our shopping so we can spend the time in the parks riding rides!

I think it varies from store to store. I do remember restaurants and stores being open after the park closed when we were there in September 2010.

Last Tuesday when the parks closed at 8 pm most if not all of the stores and restaurants in DTD were open until at least 10 pm. We didn't leave DL until close to 9 pm and had plenty of time to hit WoD and eat at the Uva Bar. I believe the Uva bar said they would be open till 11 pm if they were busy or close earlier if they were not. Most stores don't have posted hours in their windows but I think I saw a sign on the Roxy store window that had them closing at 10 pm on week nights and 11 pm on weekends. I think EoS is open till 11 pm on week nights and I think 12 pm on weekends.

I think the hours are also posted online, you might just have to pick that option. I know I have them on the Mobile Magic App.
