Downtown Disney hours???

Does anyone know how long the shops and restaurants stay open after the park closes like at 8?

I'm pretty sure it's open until at least 10 (even during off peak seasons), but don't quote me.

andi just went to the park hours for the parks and scrolled down to DTD, and it shows for today that RBJK is open till 1 am today..due to the dueling piano show they have going on...
